Meeting Theme: Photo Manipulation. Tonight, VP Education Timm had the honour to present the very first Advanced Spirit of Success Certificate to a member of the U-CAN-SPEAK Toastmasters Club. With his speech “An Illustrated History of the Land of Israel”, Greg completed all five assignments of the advanced manual “The Entertaining Speaker”. Well done Greg!
As Greg has also completed four speeches of the “Speaking to Inform” manual, he will already achieve his Advanced Communicator Bronze Award with his next speech!
The U-CAN-SPEAK Toastmasters Club Christchurch, located on the Ilam campus of the University of Canterbury, actively participates in the Spirit of Success Promotion of Toastmasters New Zealand. Awards are presented to recognise completion of the first five public speaking projects of the Competent Communication manual, or all five assignments of any advanced manual.
