U-CAN–SPEAK is renowned for its educational, fun and fast-paced meetings, where we all learn and improve by giving prepared speeches, impromptu talks and individual feedback.
Our club membership is diverse, including undergraduates, postgraduates and even past students, who are still enjoying the benefits of our educational programme. We are also open to staff members and the wider community. You don’t need to have speaking experience! Join us to master the art of giving memorable presentations and superior leadership skills. We boast members who have boosted their grades for class presentations, fine-tuned their conference talks and aced even the most challenging job interviews.

Without your initiative back in 1995 it all wouldn’t have happened. We’d still give terrible talks and wouldn’t know what to do on Monday or Thursday evenings 😉 Thank you very much, Carl!
